What an inspiring few days in Budapest!🎉
Two weeks ago, the Budapest Convention Bureau had the pleasure of welcoming an outstanding group of North American event professionals for our Post-IMEX Budapest FAM Trip. 🤝
The programme was designed to show why Budapest is such a compelling destination for meetings, incentives and world-class events: a city where historic character, contemporary hospitality, premium venues and memorable experiences come together naturally.
Over the course of the trip, our guests discovered the versatility of Budapest’s event offering through site visits at Hilton Budapest and Dorothea Hotel and explored some of the city’s most iconic locations, including the Buda Castle District, Fisherman’s Bastion and the Castle Garden Bazaar.
The programme also highlighted Budapest’s rich cultural and creative side, from the Hungarian State Opera House and a film-themed city tour to the Museum of Fine Arts and the renewed Citadel area.
And, of course, no Budapest experience would be complete without the Danube, gastronomy and wine. A champagne cruise on the river, exceptional dining moments at Anantara New York Palace Hotel, Kempinski Hotel Corvinus, Budapest and W Budapest, as well as a wine tasting and team-building programme at Rókusfalvy Etyek, all showed that Budapest is not only a meetings destination, but a destination of experiences.
