We proudly represented Hungary with a record 24 co-exhibitors at this year’s IMEX Frankfurt.

📅 The event, held May 20–22, attracted more than 13,000 visitors and hosted over 67,000 business meetings — making it the largest edition in the trade show’s history in terms of exhibition space.

🎯 It provided an excellent platform to showcase Budapest as a leading MICE destination. This year, for the first time, the Budapest Convention Bureau was given a highlighted presence and had its own dedicated meeting area within the Hungarian stand.

💡 Our stand featured a striking 2x3m LED wall and a unique interactive screen allowing partners to share live messages — an exclusive feature of the Hungarian booth.

🤝 We conducted nearly 100 meetings and presented six destinations to buyers from Europe, the US, and Asia.

🍷 Daily happy hour networking sessions offered a relaxed environment for building new connections.
