A record-breaking Hungarian exhibitor team of 26 Hungarian suppliers joined this year’s IBTM World in Barcelona. On top of the strong business presence, this year we also launched a brand-new initiative: a collaborative live painting experience at the stand. 🖌️
Throughout the show, hundreds of visitors stopped by to add their own brushstroke, turning the canvas into a shared artwork – and at the same time contributing to a common noble cause. It was a great way to spark conversations, drive traffic to the stand, and create a memorable, emotional connection with the destination.
This presence means:
🔹 a strong signal that Budapest and Hungary are competitive MICE destinations,
🔹 new opportunities to attract international conferences, incentive trips, and corporate events,
🔹 and a clear proof of what the Hungarian sector can achieve when it appears as one unified brand at one of the world’s leading business events shows.
