Hosting the Europe Congress – Events Club Associations Forum provided a valuable opportunity to connect with organizations that play a crucial role in the global congress ecosystem. Associations plan well in advance and bring stable, high-value events to destinations.
A highlight of the forum was the series of B2B meetings, where Hungarian partners engaged directly with representatives of international associations. These conversations often represent the first step toward future congresses and professional events in hashtag#Budapest.
Feedback from the organizers confirmed what we experience again and again: Budapest partners work together seamlessly and with outstanding professionalism, making the city not only an attractive destination but also a reliable and well-established hub for international business events.

The offsite programs added a unique local dimension to the forum experience:
