✨ As we look back on this remarkable event, Budapest once again demonstrated its power to inspire the global incentive travel community.
📅 From October 19–22, Budapest proudly hosted the Global Incentive Summit 2025, organized by Northstar Travel Group, one of the most prestigious events in the international incentive industry. Leaders and professionals from across the world gathered for high-level workshops, productive B2B meetings, and insightful discussions shaping the future of incentives.
🏙️ After previous editions in Ireland, Portugal, Italy, and Spain, Budapest’s selection as the host destination marks an important recognition in the MICE industry—highlighting the city’s exceptional hospitality, cultural richness, and state-of-the-art infrastructure.
🤝 More than 80 US buyers and around 140 global suppliers experienced Budapest’s warm atmosphere while discovering Hungarian culture, gastronomy, wines, and iconic inventions. Participants also learned unique facts—such as the legendary legacy of Hungarian water polo—and explored Hungarian fashion creativity through hands-on activities.
🏛️ Program highlights included a private visit to the Hungarian Parliament, complemented by a fascinating film-tourism presentation; the spectacular “Magic & Motion” gala at the Museum of Fine Arts; and an inspiring immersion into Budapest’s contemporary art scene at the studio of world-famous sculptor Gábor Miklós Szőke—best known globally as the creator of the Atlanta Falcons statue.
🚤 City discovery continued with a Danube cruise, curated guided tours, and cultural programs, offering participants an even deeper appreciation of Budapest’s diverse and vibrant character.
🌐 We extend our sincere gratitude to our sponsor partners: Kempinski Hotel Corvinus, Budapest, Hilton Budapest, Microcosmos DMC Budapest, Senator Meetings & Incentives, Special Effects Ltd., and Visual Europe Group.
💎 Based on the overwhelmingly positive feedback, Budapest is a true “hidden gem.” Our mission moving forward is clear: to keep the “gem” and let the world see it shine.
